Getting Started
We like to meet with constituents first to discuss their use case. Sometimes, NaviGator Assistant might not be the right tool for you. You can connect with the UFIT Artificial Intelligence and Platform Engineering (AIPE) team by providing a list of suggested times for a scheduled meeting via a ticket-- this is usually a quick 30-minute zoom video call.
We also suggest that you go through the curator guide available here before our meeting to gain an idea of the capabilities within NaviGator Assistant.
Onboarding Step
To start the onboarding process, we will need the following information:
- A list of Gatorlinks of individuals you would like to have access to NaviGator Assistant.
- From that list, who would you like to be a curator. Curators have the ability to upload documents and make changes to your AI assistant.
- Have anyone you would like to use NaviGator assistant please login to https://assistant.ai.it.ufl.edu, this will onboard them into the system.
- A name for this team in NaviGator Assistant. We usually try and name the team using the following pattern:
Department - Service
