Overview

NaviGator Builder is UF's Pilot AI workflow automation platform, powered by n8n. It allows teams to visually design, build, and run AI-powered workflows. Connect to UF systems, third-party services, and the AI resources in NaviGator AI.

With NaviGator Builder you can:

  • Build low-code / no-code workflows using a drag-and-drop editor
  • Connect to hundreds of built-in integrations (HTTP, databases, email, cloud services, and more)
  • Orchestrate AI workflows using UF-approved language, embedding, and image models
  • Schedule recurring jobs or trigger workflows from webhooks and events
  • Share and collaborate on workflows with members of your project team

Security, Privacy, and Data Classification

NaviGator Builder is hosted on UF infrastructure and is subject to the UF Data Classification Policy. When designing workflows, please consider the type of data being processed and ensure that any external services or AI models you connect to are approved for that data classification. Workflows that use cloud-hosted models should not process restricted or sensitive data.

Getting Access

Access to NaviGator Builder is granted at the project level. To get started, your project team will need to be onboarded — see the Getting Started guide for the full list of information required and the steps to request a new project.
