Who is eligible for NaviGator AI Chat?

Every UF student, faculty, and staff can login to Chat using their GatorLink credentials. To view service eligibility, please visit the UFIT Service Eligibility page.

I just reached my limit in NaviGator AI Chat. What does that mean?

As of July 17, all cloud model families available on NaviGator AI Chat, including Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, have a daily token limit. Each model family now allows a $5 credit and the credit resets every 24 hours.

I just reached my limit in NaviGator AI Chat. Can I get an exception?

At this time, we are unable to support an exception. However, we are exploring other alternatives to support the increased AI usage and we will communicate it to campus once we have something ready for use.
